At my MSE Orientation today
Lunch for all the new engineering students was catered by a local hot dog restaurant.
Head of MSE department: *to other student* Oh yeah, if that doesn't work out for you, I'll just change the program for you.
Other faculty member: Nice being king, huh?
Head of MSE department: I got two hot dogs today. ._.

I just found a 2003 California Driver’s Handbook in my house.
In 2003, Gray Davis was governer of California. In 2003, I was still in 6th grade. In 2003, the United States was still reeling from 9/11. In 2003, George W. Bush was still in his first term of office.
Seven years seems like so long ago.

I’ve just stayed up all night and have been working on a Chem lab for the past 4 hours. I just finished. And for some reason, I barely feel sleepy or tired.
